Agency members

Add teammates to your agency and assign roles.

Adding members

  1. Open your agency and go to Members.
  2. Invite a teammate by email and pick their agency role (owner, admin, member).
  3. They accept the invite from their dashboard.

Roles inside the agency

  • Owner — full control of the agency, including billing and member management.
  • Admin — manage members, groups, and assigned projects.
  • Member — work on assigned projects via the Workspace.

Agency membership ≠ project access

This is the most important rule for agencies on TokenShield AI:

Being a member of an agency does not grant access to that agency's client projects. Project access is granted per-project by the project owner under Team.
