Troubleshooting

The bot does not respond in my group

• Confirm the bot is in the group and has not been muted or restricted.
• Grant permissions: read messages, post replies, view admins.
• If Telegram privacy mode is on for the bot, commands must start with /.

/verify says my code is invalid

• Verification codes rotate. Refresh your dashboard and copy the latest code.
• Only one project per group — disconnect any previous project first.

My Trust Page shows "Not enough data yet"

Confidence is too low. Keep the bot connected and let activity accumulate. See Confidence levels.

Scores look lower than I expect

• Spammy or bot-driven messages do not raise Engagement.
• Low-quality paid joins rarely raise Growth — those members do not stay active.
• Admin Presence reflects visible team activity, not off-Telegram work.

/ask refuses or says it doesn't know

The owner has not added that information to their project. Ask the team to add it in their dashboard.
