Client groups

Organize assigned client projects inside your agency.

A client group is a folder of client projects inside your agency — for example, by industry, by account manager, or by tier of service.

Creating a group

  1. Open your agency and go to Groups.
  2. Create a group with a name and optional description.
  3. Add projects to the group from the agency's assigned projects.

Group scope

  • A group can only contain projects that have already been assigned to the agency.
  • Groups live entirely inside the agency — they do not change project ownership.
  • Removing a project from a group does not remove the agency's access to it.
