Client groups
Organize assigned client projects inside your agency.
A client group is a folder of client projects inside your agency — for example, by industry, by account manager, or by tier of service.
Creating a group
- Open your agency and go to Groups.
- Create a group with a name and optional description.
- Add projects to the group from the agency's assigned projects.
Group scope
- A group can only contain projects that have already been assigned to the agency.
- Groups live entirely inside the agency — they do not change project ownership.
- Removing a project from a group does not remove the agency's access to it.
