Is TokenShield financial advice?
No. Scores and AI outputs are informational signals only. See Terms.
Does TokenShield certify that a project is safe?
No. We surface observable community activity. We do not verify legal status, token mechanics, or team identity.
What does Free Lite include?
One community, Guard Lite + Verify Lite setup, basic safe commands (/start, /help, /trust, /report), a basic Trust Page, and basic scores. No full Telegram monitoring, AI, automation, enforcement actions, custom buttons, or custom branding. See Billing & plans.
Does Free Lite kick or ban members?
No. Verify Lite is fail-open on Free — it never restricts, kicks, mutes, declines, or bans members. Verify enforcement only happens on paid plans, when the owner enables it, and when the bot has the required Telegram permissions.
Why is my score hidden?
Confidence is too low. See Confidence levels.
Can the bot ban members for us?
Only on paid plans, only when the owner enables Verify enforcement, and only when the bot has the required Telegram permissions. The bot never auto-moderates on Free Lite.
Do you publish raw Telegram messages?
No. We never publish raw messages or member identities. See Privacy Policy.
Do you sell our data?
No. We do not sell personal data.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade my paid plan?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then downgrades to Free Lite. Paid branding, paid media, custom buttons, AI, automation, and enforcement stop immediately on downgrade. Your saved settings are preserved and re-enable automatically when you resubscribe. See Billing & plans.
Can I remove my project from TokenShield?
Yes. Disconnect Telegram and request deletion via the Feedback page.
