Billing & plans

Pick a plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time.

Plans

See the live plans and prices on the Pricing page. Free Lite lets you connect one community in Lite mode (Guard Lite + Verify Lite setup, basic safe commands, basic Trust Page, basic scores). Full Telegram monitoring, AI, automation, enforcement, custom buttons, and custom branding require a paid plan.

What Free Lite includes

  • 1 community workspace.
  • Connect Guard Lite + Verify Lite to one Telegram group.
  • Generate and use the /verify setup code.
  • Basic safe commands: /start, /help, /trust, /report.
  • Basic Trust Page and basic community scores.

What Free Lite does not include

  • Full Telegram monitoring and analytics ingestion.
  • AI replies, AI drafts, AI announcements, AI FAQ auto-builder.
  • Welcome automation, Alert Center, Suspicious Reports inbox, Knowledge Base.
  • Verify enforcement (restrict / kick / mute / decline / ban) — Verify Lite is fail-open and never punishes members.
  • Member Reputation, Risk Intelligence, Community Scores.
  • Custom bot reply buttons (Pro+).
  • Custom bot & Trust Page branding (Advanced+).
  • Published verified Trust Page (Starter+).

How billing works

  • Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. TokenShield never stores your card details.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; the next invoice reflects the new plan.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. We do not pro-rate refunds on cancellation or downgrade. This is part of our Terms of Service.

Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails receipts automatically. Past invoices are available in your billing portal.

Failed payments and downgrades

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry. If retries fail, your plan downgrades to Free Lite and paid features are paused until billing is restored. On a downgrade or cancellation, the bot stops sending paid branding, paid media, and custom reply buttons immediately — your saved settings are preserved and re-enable automatically when you resubscribe.
