Reporting suspicious activity
How to flag scams, impersonation, or rug behavior.
Ways to report
- In Telegram, run
/reportin the project's group. - On the web, open the project's Trust Page and submit a report.
What makes a useful report
- What happened, in plain language.
- When and where (group, channel, DM).
- Links, transaction hashes, or screenshots if you have them.
- Whether the suspect account is impersonating the team.
What happens next
- The report goes to the project owner's dashboard.
- The owner triages and may take action inside Telegram (clarify, pin a correction, remove the offender).
- The platform sees aggregated report signals and may surface them on the Trust Page or trigger internal review for serious patterns.
Anonymity and privacy
Reports can be filed anonymously. Other members do not see your identity. The platform retains minimal abuse-prevention signals (and does not store raw IP addresses). See our Privacy Policy.
Important
TokenShield does not adjudicate disputes and does not auto-ban anyone. A report is a signal, not a verdict. False or malicious reports can result in restrictions under our Terms of Service.
