Handling reports

Reports are signals from your members. Triage them quickly and visibly.

How reports arrive

  • From the bot — members run /report in your group.
  • From the web — members or visitors submit a report from your Trust Page.

What is collected

Report content as submitted, plus minimal metadata used for rate-limiting and de-duplication. Anonymous reports are kept anonymous to other members; the platform retains internal signals needed to prevent abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses — see our Privacy Policy.

Triage flow

  1. Open the Reports view in your dashboard.
  2. Read the report. Look at any linked context.
  3. Investigate inside Telegram if needed.
  4. Resolve the report with a status: resolved, not actionable, escalated.
  5. If applicable, take action in your group (clarify, pin a correction, remove the offender).

Important boundaries

TokenShield does not auto-ban or auto-delete content. Acting on a report is the owner's decision. The platform is not a moderator and does not adopt or endorse the content of any report. See Terms of Service.
