Onboarding checklist
A 10-minute path from sign-up to a connected community and a public-ready Trust Page.
1. Create your account
Sign up with email or Google.
2. Create your project
- Project name and short description.
- Token symbol and contract address (if applicable).
- Official website, X / Twitter, and other social channels.
3. Connect Telegram (Lite mode on Free)
Follow Connect Telegram. Add the bot, grant read permissions, run /verify. On Free Lite the connection runs in Lite mode: basic safe commands work, but full monitoring, Verify enforcement, AI replies, and analytics commands stay off until you upgrade.
4. Complete your Trust Page
Fill in everything on Trust page setup. Owner-submitted info is the foundation of trust.
5. Wait for confidence to build
Scores start hidden as "Not enough data yet". Once enough history is observed, they unlock automatically. See Confidence levels.
6. Tell members which basic commands are available
On Free Lite, pin a message telling members they can run /start, /help, /trust, and /report. Do not promote /ask, /score, /growth, or /retention until your project is on Starter or higher — on Free Lite those commands reply with an upgrade notice.
7. Choose a plan
Free Lite is fine to start — you get one community in Lite mode, the basic Trust Page, and basic safe commands. Upgrade to Starter when you are ready for full Telegram protection (Verify enforcement, adaptive entry protection, live monitoring, and the Verified Trust Page). See Billing & plans.
